Who does Zeri want to play with?

It is important to note that every game will be different. Lane matchups, overall team composition, and even the strength of a character on a particular patch might affect the strength of your botlane pairings. Remember to make informed decisions about your game rather than to follow a simple tier list!

Here are some notes about the kinds of synergies.

Engage Supports

Zeri is very strong with engage supports. Her level 6 powerspike is one of the strongest among bot laners so a support that's good at forcing those fights can help you snowball. A good engage support will be keeping an eye out to help force one-sided short trades.

Enchanter Supports

Enchanter supports are also very good with Zeri because they scale very well alongside her. While they usually won't be helping you force many fights in lane, they amplify your strengths throughout the game. The biggest think to focus on with enchanter supports is to make sure you are hitting your spikes and staying alive.

Poke/Mage Supports

Poke/Mage supports aren't usually the best with Zeri due to her average to low range making it sometimes hard for her to wrestle control of the amount of space needed to enable these kind of supports. Conversely, these supports are very strong vs Zeri because they punish her range really well.

These supports can still be good for you though as they often have enough threat on their own to help you get through lane before they focus on helping the rest of the map.
